Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process for our AI search platform tailored to recruiters.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fully remote environment.
- Translate complex AI functionalities into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the recruiter experience.
Qualifications
- The candidate has held the job title product designer or its equivalent.
- The candidate must hold a Master's degree.
- The candidate must be located in or within a 20 km range of Stockholm.
- The candidate should have strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product design.
- The candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
