E-commerce & Content Coordinator

As an E-commerce & Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a

seamless online shopping experience while supporting and executing content across

Djerf Avenue’s platforms.

A central part of the role is product administration and CMS management, ensuring

that all products are correctly uploaded, available for purchase, accurately priced,

categorized, and visually presented. You will also be responsible for maintaining

high-quality, consistent website content, including product copy and translations.

In parallel, you will create and adapt content for multiple channels, including the

website, CRM, and paid advertising. Working closely with the Creative Team and Art

Director, you will ensure that all content is optimized, engaging, and aligned with

Djerf Avenue’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

Own product administration, ensuring products are available for purchase,

correctly priced, categorized, and displayed, while maintaining a high

standard across all product pages

Update and manage content in the CMS, including front page, landing pages,

and other site content, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and

optimized

Write and manage product and website copy, and coordinate translations to

ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience

Handle general administrative work within the website platform, including

supporting order flows, campaigns, and ongoing site operations

Create and adapt content for the website, CRM, and paid advertising,

ensuring all assets are optimized for each channel and drive engagement

across digital platforms

Ensure all content aligns with Djerf Avenue’s visual and tonal guidelines

through continuous quality control across channels

Organize, structure, and manage incoming content (in-house and UGC),

ensuring it is properly formatted and distributed across relevant platforms

Who we are looking for

You are a structured and hands-on doer with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. You combine an analytical mindset with a creative eye and enjoy working across both operational and creative tasks.You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable multitasking, and can easily shift priorities when needed. You are proactive, collaborative, and passionate about delivering both high-quality e-commerce experiences and engaging digital content.

Qualifications

Previous experience in e-commerce, content creation, or a similar role

Experience working with CMS platforms and product administration

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar

Solid understanding of paid content and digital best practices

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously

Experience and understanding of AI-driven tools and their application to

streamline workflows and scale production of visual and motion content

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Location: Stockholm (office-based)
