What you will do
Own and grow the Fire Detection Products business in Sweden & Norway by building a qualified partner network, creating a predictable pipeline, and converting strategic opportunities into revenue — in tight coordination with Business Development.
How you will do it

Deliver sustainable revenue growth across Sweden & Norway through new business.

Build and maintain a minimum 3x pipeline coverage in Salesforce

Identify, recruit, and activate new system integrators and partners in underpenetrated areas with focus on commercial real estate, healthcare and infrastructure.

Build early engagement on projects (design/spec stage)

Position JCI Fire Detection Products as preferred alternative.

Drive specification strategy with consultants and end-users with BDM

Execute structured account plans for top partners (growth, gap, actions)

Ensure accurate monthly forecasting

Work in daily alignment with the Business Development Manager to onboard new partners and plan market expansion, while holding accountability for pipeline creation, deal ownership, revenue delivery
What we look for

Proven track record in B2B technical sales within the fire / safety / building solutions sector.

Experience in Nordic markets (Sweden or Norway essential)

Strong network with integrators / consultants / end-users

Ability to manage full sales cycle independently

Fluent English (local language is a strong advantage)
