Marketing Manager, Continence Care – Hollister Sweden/Finland

On behalf of Hollister Incorporated, we are seeking a Marketing Manager, Continence Care who will be responsible for driving and further developing marketing efforts in Sweden/Finland, based on products Hollister brand. The role combines strategic marketing, commercial insight, and close collaboration with the sales organization, global marketing teams, and key stakeholders within the Swedish and Finnish healthcare system.

You will be part of a Nordic marketing team with close collaboration across the Nordic countries and Benelux, reporting to the Marketing Director, Ostomy & Continence Care, Nordics. Our office is located in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, Continence Care, you will be responsible for defining and executing short- and long-term marketing strategies in the Swedish and Finnish market, with a focus on profitable growth initiatives and strengthening the position of Hollister within Continence care. The market is characterized by complex tender processes, strong relationships, and high professional standards—where your insight, credibility, and initiative will be critical to success.
You will translate market insights, competitor analyses, and customer input into concrete marketing and go-to-market initiatives. In addition, you will act as a project manager on strategic initiatives across the Nordics and, in some cases, Benelux.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Analysis of market and sales data, identifying trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities
Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
Represent marketing in Tender and reimbursement processes, defining the product mix and pricing.
Close collaboration with the sales organization on market activities and customer needs
Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, interest organizations, customers, and other stakeholders. Drive advisory boards and host key customer events.
Budget responsibility, ongoing forecasting, and follow-up on marketing performance and ROI
Ensuring local implementation of global marketing strategies and product positioning
Strong partnership with the Swedish and the Finnish Sales Managers
The role includes approximately 20–30 travel days per year, primarily within the Nordic region.
Profile
You are proactive, business-oriented, and energetic, with natural influence and impact. You likely come from a role within marketing, product management, or commercial excellence and have experience driving strategic marketing initiatives in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments.
You are motivated by combining analysis, strategy, and execution and thrive in a role with high autonomy and the opportunity to influence direction. At the same time, you are relationship-driven, collaborative, and skilled at creating buy-in for your ideas and initiatives across the organization.
We Also Expect That You Have:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience from the medical device or healthcare industry, including experience with marketing campaigns, product launches, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting, KPIs, and performance follow-up
Experience with tender processes and/or understanding of the Swedish/Finnish reimbursement landscape (an advantage)
The ability to work strategically and data-driven while translating plans into action
Experience from Continence Care is considered a plus
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, Finnish is a plus
