We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented person to join our Group Finance organization. In this role, you will be responsible for financial management and performance follow-up across several group functions, providing strategic financial guidance and insights to enable informed decision-making.
Requirements
As Group Business Controller, you will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership teams, ensuring strong financial governance, transparency, and control. You will manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for your assigned areas, while driving efficiency and supporting value creation initiatives across the organization.
The position also includes responsibility for cost control, KPI management and performance analysis, investment analysis, as well as financial follow-up and external reporting. In addition, you will contribute to development projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc analyses.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial business partner to senior leadership, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.

Prepare, analyze, and report financial performance, including monthly results, forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage and monitor CAPEX/OPEX, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.

Drive KPI development, ensuring relevant metrics are defined, tracked, and used to support continuous performance improvement.

Perform cost control and investment analysis to ensure efficient use of resources.

Oversee financial follow-up and external reporting in accordance with group requirements.

Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely financial reporting in line with corporate standards.

Lead or contribute to financial development projects and process improvements within Business Control.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide decision support to management.

Location
