UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SITE MANAGER, CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING:
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out the construction of part of the works in compliance with short-term objectives by directing and leading a team of several companions.
- After discussion and sharing with the site manager, apply and enforce the roadmap defining the daily production objectives and the associated resources.
- Meet the daily target or alert your site manager in the event of deviation
- Anticipate and ensure the availability of the necessary resources with the site manager
- Lead and lead a team of companions by organizing the work of each and ensuring training at the workstation
- Ensure the role assigned to it in the chain of responsibility (managerial loop) in the QSE and Productivity code
- Carry out or have carried out the tracing of the works under his responsibility
- Carry out quality and compliance checks on works
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum in the specialty of CIVIL ENGINEERING or Construction.
- CAP/BEP Building level of training of Certification desired
- Open to Europeans Only or EU work permit
