Job Summary
The Test specialist will be responsible for overseeing accessibility testing. Will review deliverables and provide SME session / office hours for team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Test Execution and Analysis (operational): Execute automated tests, as well as manual tests in different rigs and in vehicles, analyze results, and identify issues or defects in camera systems. Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies for various camera systems.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and defect reports. Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and outcomes.
Test Automation Development (strategic work): Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts and frameworks for camera systems to validate their functionality, performance, and integration. Participate also in building the camera systems test rigs
Quality Assurance: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that camera systems meet all quality and safety standards. Participate in reviews and provide feedback on design and implementation.

Driving License: Holding a European B driving license is mandatory.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable results.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++ is preferred. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools and familiarity with camera systems and image processing.
Experience: Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated tests for complex systems, preferably in the automotive or related industries is beneficial (2-5 years). Past Volvo Cars experience is preferred, in which case please specify duration of assignment and assignment manager.
