We are looking for a Lead Piping Engineer who wants to combine advanced piping design with real influence on projects, tools, and ways of working.
EasyMining is an innovation company within the Ragn-Sells Group, a privately owned company specializing in waste management, environmental services, and recycling.
EasyMining develops, designs and builds patented processes to produce clean products from waste. Much of our current work is centred around Ash2Phos — a process that recovers phosphorus from sewage sludge ash and returns it to the value chain as a reusable resource.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery and development of our As2Phos technology from concept to operating plant.
Job brief
You will join our engineering team in Gothenburg, working closely with colleagues across disciplines to design and develop large-scale process plants — from feasibility studies to commissioning and start-up.
The role combines hands-on piping design in Aveva E3D with responsibility for improving engineering workflows and ways of working.
This is a role where you will:
- Contribute directly to project execution
- Develop plant design and technical solutions
- Improve E3D workflows and engineering processes
- Work across disciplines in large-scale projects
- Follow projects from design to operating plant
You will see your work move from model to reality through construction and commissioning.

Who you are
You are a piping engineer with approximately 5–10 years of experience from industrial or process environments and a strong interest in practical engineering challenges.
You have strong hands-on experience in Aveva E3D and are comfortable taking ownership within your discipline. Experience from detail engineering in larger industrial projects is highly relevant, particularly if you have worked closely with piping design and layout in larger plant areas.
We believe you:
- Work independently and take responsibility for your deliverables
- Look for improvements in tools and working methods
- Enjoy collaborating across disciplines and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Are open to new technical solutions and ways of working
- Want to continue developing in your role and take on broader responsibility over time
Experience from process industries such as chemical, mining, energy, or pulp & paper is an advantage.
Fluent English is required, while Swedish is considered a plus.
Why join us?
At EasyMining, you will work with industrial projects that turn engineering into practical, real-world solutions by using the latest engineering tools.
Be part of an innovative and growing company that works with true circularity by recovering critical resources from waste and returning them to productive use.
You will be part of a collaborative engineering environment where disciplines work closely together to move projects from concept to commissioning.
The role combines technical depth with variety, where you contribute both to project delivery and the development of engineering tools and ways of working.
As part of the Ragn-Sells Group, you get the stability of an established industrial player combined with the engagement and pace of a smaller, hands-on engineering team.
We value teamwork, knowledge sharing, and a culture where people support each other in delivering complex projects.
Application
Apply by ANSÖK below. Deadline is set to the 2nd of July but we will look into the applications continuously. If you have any further questions please contact Johan Möller, Discipline Lead - Mechanical and Piping, on [email protected].
