We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth with Volvo (Truck, Bus, Construction, Penta). The role’s goal is to position HUBER+SUHNER as a leading supplier, focusing on electrification (High Voltage) and portfolio expansion. Success demands a commercially strong, technically skilled leader able to manage complex global customer relationships and growth opportunities.
Please note = this is a remote role; however, this position requires frequent visits to Volvo Headquarters in Gothenburg.
- Strategic Account Management: Serve as the main global contact for Volvo Group, develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy, and strengthen the position as a key strategic partner, especially in high-voltage and wiring solutions.
- Business Expansion & Growth: Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, expanding into new programs, and managing relationships with both OEM and Tier-1 customers.
- Stakeholder & Network Management: Build a robust network throughout the OEM's organisation, fostering influential, multi-level relationships.
- Technical Engagement & Frontloading: Lead initial technical discussions, identify technical requirements early, and involve internal experts as needed.
- Global Coordination: Lead a global community to ensure alignment and consistency of business strategies and execution across major regions (Europe, NAM, APAC).
- Operational & Commercial Excellence: Oversee sourcing, quotations, negotiations, and ensure top performance in delivery and customer satisfaction.
