As a Performance Marketing Specialist (f/m/d), you play a key role in strengthening the growth journey at HMS Industrial Networks in the division Industrial Network Technologies. You help transform marketing into a measurable business contributor by combining data, digital channels, and automation into scalable performance programs.
Your focus is clear: generate demand, optimize marketing impact, and make results transparent. You take ownership of performance-driven marketing initiatives while working closely with a global, skilled team across Global Marketing, Commercial Platforms, and Sales. Together, you turn insights into action and continuously improve how we reach and engage our customers worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities

You develop and implement data-driven marketing approaches and actively support the team as a skills multiplier through training and sparring

You define and establish measurability concepts for marketing activities, including KPIs, metrics, and models to quantify marketing value contribution across channels, marketing automation, and CRM

You take strategic and operational responsibility for digital performance channels, including SEO/GEO, SEA, and paid social media, with ownership of lead and demand generation as well as media budgets

You support the development and optimization of campaigns through data analysis (zero-, first-, and third-party data), translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations

You act as a sparring partner for marketing colleagues, supporting them in interpreting performance data and applying insights in their daily work

You help establish automated marketing performance reporting, collaborating with Commercial Platforms to connect source systems and roll out Power BI dashboards that create transparency in marketing performance

Degree or comparable qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics, ideally in a B2B or technology-driven environment

Strong understanding of KPIs, attribution, lead management, campaign evaluation and marketing value contribution across digital channels

Hands-on experience with SEO/GEO, SEA, and Paid Social in a performance marketing context

Hands-on mindset with the ability to work both operationally and strategically, with a structured, proactive and reliable working style with a strong drive for continuous improvement

Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)

Comfortable working in a cross-functional, international setup

Experience using data and AI-supported features to optimize digital marketing performance is a plus
