The Senior, Product Ownership & Business Analysis leads product development activities for platform area in Jeeves ERP such as clients and backend services. It leads the transition of Jeeves ERP to a cloud product and integration with Forterro’s common platform, MyForterro.ai. The role translates the product roadmap into clear, actionable requirements and works independently on complex assignments. It ensures that product vision, priorities, and customer needs are well understood and accurately delivered. The Senior collaborates with stakeholders, guides development teams, improves processes, and may coach less experienced colleagues.

Translate roadmap items into a clear product vision and a prioritized backlog for platform related areas (Clients, Server, Cloud services such as Jeeves API platform etc.)
- Lead requirement definition and ensure business needs are translated into actionable platform requirements.
- Work with stakeholders and customers to collect input and validate platform needs in ERP environments.
- Provide clarification and direction to delivery teams and ensure releases align with expectations.
- Review and prepare documentation for requirements, scope, and release content.
- Influence operational practices and identify improvements to processes, tooling, and product features.
- Support decisions throughout development and coach less experienced colleagues.
- Delivery and quality for the Product Owner’s part(s) of the product.

Strong experience in product ownership or business analysis within ERP domain, with deep knowledge of platform and technology such as clients, server, operating systems and cloud.
- Complementary experience in UI/UX and how to deliver products with high usability.
- Well-developed knowledge of agile delivery, requirement gathering, and business process analysis.
- Ability to manage and deliver complex assignments independently.
- Strong communication skills with delivery teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Education and experience in product management, business analysis, engineering, industrial management, technology, or related fields.
