About the role
As part of KPMG’s Customer & Operations practice, you will lead engagements that help our clients drive profitable growth and transform their businesses through performance improvement projects. You will support clients in defining their market and customer strategy to enable efficient delivery for the best commercial performance within the front office and customer experience. Many projects involve CRM solutions or analytical tools that help turn data into action.
Beyond this, you will play a vital role in shaping KPMG’s growth agenda by identifying new business opportunities, sell and lead commercial dialogues, building senior client relationships and contributing to the development of our people, methods and go-to-market offerings. The role can be placed in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, depending on your location and preference.
