We are currently expanding in Sweden and the UK and are now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who wants to help shape the future of digital healthcare.

You’ll work across the full product stack — from PostgreSQL schema design and backend APIs to React-based user experiences used daily by clinics and healthcare staff.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won´t just implement features; you´ll help shape how the platform evolves technically and operationally as the company grows.
You will:
Design and optimise core systems using PostgreSQL, backend APIs (TypeScript), and React
Solve complex, high-impact problems related to scheduling, operational efficiency, and healthcare workflows
Own end-to-end feature development: From PostgreSQL schema design to React-based UI implementation, from specifications to maintenance in production
Influence technical decisions, infrastructure, and product direction in a scaling startup
We care deeply about strong engineering fundamentals.
Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
Frontend: React, tRPC, GraphQL
Infrastructure: multi-cloud, Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi, Grafana
We move quickly, but we care about doing things properly, that means:
Automated testing is non-negotiable (unit, integration, e2e, CI/CD pipelines)
We prioritise scalability and maintainability through simplicity (no over-engineering)
Engineers are encouraged to challenge ideas, improve systems, and take initiative
You´ve probably worked in startups before and know how to balance speed with long-term thinking.
You enjoy ownership, solving difficult problems, and building products where engineering decisions actually matter.
You likely have:
Senior Full-Stack Expertise: 5+ years with Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL and React
Startup Proven: Successfully shipped and iterated on products in fast-paced environments
Quality Advocate: Experience writing comprehensive tests and collaborating with QA processes
AI: Experience building AI agents
Bonus if you also have experience with:
Familiarity with QA frameworks or test automation
Background in regulated industries (healthcare, health-tech, fintech)
DevOps
