Now, we’re looking for a Store Manager with senior-level eperience to lead our store in Väla and bring the magic of Lindt to life.
The position is fixed term of minimun six months with great posibility of extension, working full time (40h/w).
As our Store Manager, you’ll take full strategic and operational ownership of the store. You will:
- Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, team performance, and customer satisfaction
- Drive results and consistently exceed sales targets while upholding Lindt’s global standards
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Chocolate Advisors (sales assistants)
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ensure the store is visually stunning and aligned with our premium brand identity
- Manage inventory, budgets, staffing, and scheduling with precision and foresight
- Be a hands-on leader, present on the floor and setting the tone for excellence in service and teamwork

To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a premium or high-volume retail environment
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams toward ambitious goals
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take initiative and drive improvements
- Experience in recruitment, budgeting, scheduling, stock management, and purchasing
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Confidence working with various IT systems and retail tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key retail seasons
