The Role
Beuro Group is looking for a Business Analyst to join the core team in Stockholm. This is an entry-to-mid level role with meaningful client exposure from the outset. You will work directly alongside senior consultants across a range of engagements. You will be connecting research, building analytics frames, synthesizing findings, and contributing to the outputs that clients rely on to make better decisions.
The role is well-suited to some early in their consulting career who is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by the kind of work that has a direct impact on how a business operates. You will be given real responsibility and the opportunity to develop quickly within a small, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research in support of client engagements including market sizing, competitive analysis, industry mapping, and stakeholder research
- Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and data-driven frames used to support strategic recommendations
- Analyze operational and business performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of opportunity
- Support the development of client-facing deliverables (presentations, reports, briefing documents, and analytical summaries) to a high standard of clarity and accuracy
- Assist in process mapping and workflow analysis for operational improvement engagements
- Contribute to market entry feasibility work, including regulatory landscape reviews, total addressable market assessments, and competitive landscape mapping
- Maintain project documentation, track workflow progress, and support engagement leads in managing timelines and deliverables
- Participation in client meetings and workshops, taking notes and contributing analytical input where applicable
- Support the preparation of proposals and scoring documents for new business development
Requirements
Essential
- 1–3 years of experience in a business analysis, consulting, or research-focused role. We also accept applications from that with a strong academic background with relevant placement or placement experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills: comfortable working with data, building models in Excel, and drawing structured conclusions from complex information
- Clear, confident writer communication skills in English. You must be able to present finds in a format that is easy for a senior audience to act on
- High attention to detail and a methodological approach to structural problems
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple concurrent tasks
- A genuine interest in how businesses operate and a motivation to understand the strategic and operational challenges clients face
Desirable
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Exposure to one or more of Beuro Group's core sectors: technology, finance, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or professional services
- Working proficiency in Swedish
- Experience supporting market research, operational reviews, or strategy projects in a professional setting
- Undergrading or postgraduation degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
SEK 360,000 – SEK 480,000 per year, depending on experience.
Performance Bonus
Annual performance-related bonus of up to SEK 40,000, based on individual and firm performance.
Pension
Occupational pension contribution in line with Swedish ITP plan standards: employer contribution of approximation 4.5% on salary up to the Swedish entering ceiling threshold.
Annual Leave
30 paid vacation days per year, exceeding the Swedish statutory minimum of 25 days.
Parental Leave
Full support for Sweden's statistics leave entry: up to 480 days shared between parents, with Beuro Group providing a top-up payment above the Försäkringskassan benefit level for the first 180 days.
Friskvårdsbidrag (Wellness Allowance)
SEK 5,000 per year towards gym members, sports activities, or other qualifying wellness experience in line with the Swedish tax-exempt allocation.
Flexibility
Hybrid working model based out of Beuro Group's Stockholm office, with flexibility to work remotely where client engagements allow.

Company laptop and mobile phone provided.
