You plan, coordinate and deliver internal and external events, customer visits, meetings and digital experiences. From the initial concept through execution and follow-up, you ensure every detail is in place and every participant receives a professional and seamless experience.
Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation, restaurants and other visitor-related activities when required.
The role is based in Sandviken, and you work on-site.
You bring experience from event coordination, project management, hospitality, communications or a related field. Working with multiple activities simultaneously comes naturally to you, and you enjoy creating structure while ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and stakeholders. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.
