We are looking for a Planner to join our Planning Team at our Head Quarters in Gånghester. As a Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and reliable material flow and production planning, enabling optimized inventory levels and high delivery performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and continuously adjusting production plans in a dynamic environment, balancing demand, supply, and capacity. You will work closely with internal teams and external production partners to secure smooth operations and ensure that our products are delivered on time and in line with our quality standards.
The role is a full-time employment reporting to the Planning Manager & Controller in the Planning team.

RESPONSIBILITES

Create, maintain, and continuously adjust production plans balancing demand, capacity, and inventory

Ensure alignment between supply and demand to secure high delivery performance and service levels

Monitor and secure accurate inventory levels and master data to support planning processes

Act as the main point of contact towards external production partners, aligning plans, priorities, and capacity

Build and maintain strong relationships with production partners, including regular follow-ups and on site visits

Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities within the supply chain

Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, ways of working, and overall supply chain performance

Support cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Product, and Logistics to ensure efficient end-to-end flow
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

You have a relevant academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent

You have experience from a similar role within supply chain, production, or operations

You have experience working in ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, and tools such as Excel or Power BI

You have a structured and detail-oriented approach with high accuracy

You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

You have strong communication skills and experience collaborating with both internal teams and external partners

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
