In this role, you'll be at the center of our Nordic Buildings organization, working closely with senior leadership to turn strategy into action. You'll connect people, projects and priorities across the business, helping create alignment and momentum in an organization that is constantly evolving.
No two days look the same. One day you might be driving strategic initiatives and following up on key business priorities. The next, you're coordinating leadership activities, preparing decision material, facilitating workshops or bringing structure to complex cross-functional projects.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across the Nordic Smart Infrastrcuture Buildings organization, ensuring our overarching goals translate into concrete actions and measurable outcomes.

Overseeing and coordinating the work of student employees, ensuring their contributions align with strategic priorities.

Creating structure, transparency and follow-up to ensure priorities move forward.

Supporting the leadership team with planning, communication and business coordination.

Connecting stakeholders across functions and countries to build alignment and collaboration.

Identifying improvement opportunities and proactively drive change initiatives.

Translating strategy into practical actions and help the organization stay focused on what matters most.

Acting as a trusted partner who brings clarity in a complex environment.

Having experience from project management, business development, strategy execution, management consulting or a similar role where you've worked close to leadership.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently drive your areas of responsibility.
