In this role, you will own and develop the finance data and technical processes, ensuring they continuously evolve to meet business needs - always in close collaboration with Technology. While Technology holds the technical system ownership, this role carries the technical process ownership and business responsibility for Business Control systems and BI.
You will combine hands-on operational work with strategic development initiatives, creating the foundation for improved financial insights, governance, and decision-making. This is a key role in bridging Finance and Tech, ensuring that business requirements are translated into sustainable, high-quality solutions.
As Dustin continues to strengthen its data-driven decision-making capabilities, this role will play a critical part in modernizing how financial data and processes are managed, governed, and developed - driving transparency, efficiency, and control within the Business Control function.

You own and develop the technical financial processes, data, and reporting capabilities that support Business Control. This includes ensuring strong data governance, quality, and alignment with business needs. While Technology owns the systems, you are accountable for how finance data and processes are defined, used, and improved.
Together with your team and key stakeholders in Finance and Technology, you ensure that Business Control processes are efficient, well-governed, and supported by fit-for-purpose systems and data structures.
