The Product Marketing Manager bridges the gap between our product and our target market, communicating the "why," "what," and "when" of product development to prospects, customers, and our internal teams. You'll turn technical insight into compelling commercial messaging that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, partnering especially closely with Product and Commercial, and your work will directly contribute to our growth, product adoption, and customer retention.
In this role, you will…
Research the market. Track customer pain points, industry trends, and competitor positioning on an ongoing basis.
Shape our position. Strengthen Bannerflow's market position and ensure GTM activities and messaging support it, differentiating us from the competition.
Build GTM strategy. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
Enable the business. Create positioning assets and sales enablement materials; pitch decks, FAQs, battle cards.
Champion the brand. Promote Bannerflow's story, internally and externally, and drive production of product content (case studies, videos, web copy, blog posts).
Drive adoption. Measure feature and platform usage, and build adoption strategies for priority areas.

3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for internal and external audiences.
A proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, balancing priorities and deadlines without close supervision.
A strong cross-functional collaborator and influencer, able to align product, sales, and marketing teams around common goals, even without direct authority.
A customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life.
Strong design skills, able to create compelling, polished presentations.
Bonus points for…
Experience building relationships with customers and industry analysts, including leading Customer Advisory Boards and industry briefings.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable using market and user data (with tools such as; HubSpot, Salesforce, FullStory, Gainsight, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to inform decisions, plus comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to work efficiently.
