SOCIAL CREATIVE
The Social Creative develops and delivers social-first content for Axel Arigato, from concept through to final output. The role combines creative thinking, cultural awareness and hands-on production, working across campaigns, community initiatives, events and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and distinctive on social.
This role reports to the Head of Content Creation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role suits someone who thinks in stories, not just shots. You have an eye for what feels native to social, and you can go from an idea to a finished piece of content on your own, whether that means shooting on an iPhone or briefing a photographer or DOP. You stay close to culture, spot trends early, and bring ideas to the team before you are asked for them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop social-first creative concepts that support seasonal narratives, product stories and cultural moments.
Own content projects from initial idea through planning, production, editing and delivery.
Create content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
Capture and produce content independently using agile, mobile-first formats where appropriate.
Plan and deliver larger-scale content in collaboration with photographers, videographers, DOPs, creators and external talent.
Capture or direct content at campaigns, events, retail locations, community activations, launches and offices around the world.
Build moodboards, treatments and creative presentations to communicate storytelling approaches.
Partner with the Social Lead, Brand Team, Art Director and Content Producer to keep content aligned with broader brand and seasonal narratives.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
We seek people with most of the following:
3+ years' experience creating content for social platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, content creation and storytelling.
Experience shooting and editing social-first content.
Proven ability to create content independently and to collaborate with photographers, videographers and creative partners.
A strong eye for storytelling and aesthetics.
A deep understanding of social culture, trends and emerging platforms.
A proactive, self-driven approach and comfort working autonomously.
Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel.
