We're looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join us at Telia.
I'm John Thorburn , Head of Public Cloud , and I am looking for someone ready to grow with us. We are building the Public Cloud Control Plane that enables secure, automated and governed consumption of AWS, Azure and Google Cloud across the company.
Our mission is to make public cloud simple for development teams while ensuring connectivity, security, compliance, financial transparency and operational excellence for the entire organization . To strengthen this mission, we are looking for an engineer who wants to help evolve the platforms that thousands of users and stakeholders rely on every day.
You will develop the Public Cloud Control Plane and create scalable, self-service capabilities for cloud consumers.
Partner with networking, security, architecture and application teams, design integrations with enterprise systems and help define the future of Platform Engineering within Telia.
What will help you thrive in this role
You think in platforms rather than individual tickets, enjoy solving problems at scale and want to make life easier for other engineers.
DevOps and automation: strong knowledge of Terraform, CI/ CD such as GitHub Actions or GitLab, scripting with Python, Go or PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering.

For Lithuanian applicants only: monthly salary range for this position – 4300-6500 EUR (gross) + annual performance bonuses . Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
