In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy and hands-on execution of complex programmatic campaigns across platforms like DV360, Amazon, and other key DSPs. You will be our internal champion navigating the cookieless future—championing our Connected ID and Connected Media frameworks—and pioneering the integration of AI-driven automation into our daily operations. As a senior member of the team, you will set the benchmark for operational excellence, test cutting-edge ad tech, and help elevate our collective programmatic product.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and lead programmatic strategies, ensuring alignment with broader cross-channel plans and client business goals.

Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools to optimize bidding, audience segmentation, and creative personalization.

Act as a thought leader among peers, continuously challenging the status quo and onboarding next-generation programmatic solutions.
Campaign Management & Platform Execution

Oversee and execute hands-on campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and budgeting across DSPs (DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.).

Ensure efficient and effective use of first-, second-, and third-party data, leveraging modern identity resolution tools with privacy-first frameworks in mind.

Maintain rigorous quality assurance and ensure all campaigns follow industry best practices.
Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Analyze complex campaign data to generate actionable insights and high-impact performance recommendations.

Work closely with channel specialists (e.g., Video, Audio, DOOH) and client teams to deliver seamless, integrated Connected Media strategies.

Act as a trusted partner for clients, translating identity mechanics and technical metrics into clear business outcomes.

What You Bring:

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic buying, digital media optimization, or ad tech.

Platform Expertise: Strong, practical knowledge of major DSPs (DV360, Amazon DSP, or similar).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or a strong interest in AI-driven media tools, predictive modeling, and automated optimization algorithms.

Analytical Power: Excellent data literacy with the ability to turn numbers into compelling narratives (advanced Excel is a must; clean-room or SQL experience is a plus).

Communication: Strong organizational and presentation skills for both internal teamwork and client-facing communication.

Language: Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
