As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the front of Miramis' growth.

Your mission is simple: create conversations with companies that should be using Miramis.

You'll identify the right accounts and people, understand what matters to them, and find compelling ways to start conversations across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and other channels. You'll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team to turn those conversations into qualified opportunities and ultimately new Miramis customers.

What You’ll Do

Build pipeline through targeted outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify high-potential opportunities
Qualify prospects through thoughtful discovery and understand their challenges, priorities, and fit
Partner closely with Account Executives to turn initial conversations into qualified sales opportunities
Experiment with messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies to continuously improve results
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product by sharing insights from prospects and the market
Support campaigns and events to turn engagement into real pipeline

What You Need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
Strong commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate
Confidence reaching out to and speaking with new people, including senior decision-makers
A technical mindset and genuine interest in how tools, data, integrations, and automation can make commercial teams more effective
Experience working with, or a strong desire to master, modern GTM tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms
A high sense of ownership, urgency, and willingness to take initiative
Curiosity and coachability - you learn quickly, seek feedback, and continuously improve
Ability to stay structured while managing multiple accounts and conversations
An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment

Nice-to-Haves

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or another customer-facing role
Experience with CRM and prospecting tools
Experience from a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Interest in AI, legal technology, or the future of how businesses manage contracts
