DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Customer Analytics team in Stockholm. This role is a 50/50 split between backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on Node.js services and modern React-based web applications. The team is new, which means real ownership and the chance to shape how we build from the ground up.
Tech stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript
You will:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Node.js
- Build modern, scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Contribute to architectural decisions across backend and frontend
- Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of core systems
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams
Participate in DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud deployments)

REQUIREMENTS
You should have:
- Strong professional experience building backend systems in Node.js
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience building REST APIs and working with distributed systems
- Good understanding of frontend architecture and modern web standards
- Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS)
- Experience making high-impact architectural decisions, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
Fluent in English

It's a plus if you also have:
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with GCP
Experience working at a product-focused company, with an understanding of how engineering drives customer experience

Salary
The monthly salary for this position is between 53,000 SEK - 67,000 SEK. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
