The role
We are looking for a Braze Expert to join our Stockholm team. This role includes will be a key, in client assignments, where you will be the architectural mind behind their complex, cross-channel orchestration strategies.
You will act as the crucial bridge between the clients marketing vision and their technical realities. You won't be expected to hard-code API connections yourself, however, you must be technically savvy enough to define exactly what is required from those integration patterns. You will design, build, and optimize advanced use cases in Braze Canvas, ensuring that the data ingested is structured perfectly for marketers to leverage.
Key responsibilities;
Journey Orchestration: Designing and building complex, multi-step, cross-channel user journeys using Braze Canvas Flow.
Defining Data Requirements: Translating marketing use cases into precise technical requirements for the client's development team.
Data Ingestion Strategy: Guiding the strategy on how Braze ingests data, knowing exactly when to use Custom Events, Custom Attributes, or Purchase Events and ensuring that data is fully usable for segmentation and orchestration.
Advanced Personalization: Utilizing Liquid and Connected Content to deliver hyper-personalized, dynamic messaging at scale.
Consulting & Ownership: Taking end-to-end responsibility for the design and delivery of major Braze components, acting as a trusted advisor to both marketing stakeholders and technical teams.
Who you are
You are a mid-to-senior level consultant who grasps the bigger picture. You understand not just how to build a campaign, but the business challenges it solves. You know how to collaborate with backend developers, speaking their language well enough to ensure the right data flows into Braze at the right time.
Alongside your consultative mindset and passion for driving results, we expect you to have:
Deep Braze Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on, advanced experience specifically in Braze, with a strong mastery of Canvas.
Technical Literacy: You don't need to be a developer, but you must deeply understand APIs, webhooks, JSON, and the Braze data model.
Data Fluency: Experience working with modern data architectures and understanding how first-party data flows between cloud environments and activation layers.
Strategic Vision: Experience creating, presenting, and defending solutions to senior management.
Communication: Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Practical Information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Renstiernas gata 12. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to the Head of Delivery and be part of our Tech & Activation Competence team.
