We are rapidly expanding our ServiceNow Business Group in the Nederlands & Nordics and seeking ServiceNow developer to help our clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions aligned with best practices.
- CMDB & CSDM Experience: Configure and maintain CMDB structures, enforce data integrity, and implement CSDM standards to support robust service mapping and governance.
- Platform Management: Ensure stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive administration and optimization.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Integration: Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using Integration Hub and APIs.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, CMDB/CSDM enhancements, and related technologies.
