As a Media Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring our media planning activities are aligned, organized, and execution-ready. You’ll collaborate with teams across markets, channels, and external partners to support successful campaign delivery and media operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Media Coordinator, you will support media planning and operational excellence by coordinating processes, stakeholders, and timelines across multiple media initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

Coordinate inputs for Annual Media Strategies, Quarterly Media Plans, and Content Briefs from Channel Leads and Media Partners.

Consolidate budgets, timelines, and key milestones across media activities to ensure planning consistency and readiness.

Support major campaign tentpoles (e.g., Black Friday) by ensuring media plans are aligned, up to date, and ready for execution.

Coordinate media planning processes together with Sales Markets and agencies.

Act as a central point of coordination for Media Strategy & Planning Leads to support integrated media planning and process adherence.

Coordinate campaign follow-ups with agencies and consolidate media and content inputs on a quarterly basis.

Support administrative media operations, including user access management, invoicing, and media planning tool administration.

Maintain, implement, and drive adherence to media taxonomy frameworks and governance processes.
WHO YOU ARE

We’d love to meet someone who has:

1-3 years of experience in media coordination, campaign coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

A good understanding of media planning processes, campaign timelines, and operational workflows.

Experience working with planning systems and project management tools.

Desirable experience with digital paid media platforms such as DV360, Adform, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Rakuten Advertising, and similar platforms.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured way of working.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
