JOB SUMMARY

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of wafer fabrication equipment, primarily including reconditioning and maintenance of Dry Etchers, PECVD systems, metallization deposition equipment, and photoresist tools.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities such as cleaning, re-conditioning, replacement of parts, and predefined equipment checks according to instructions and checklists.
Perform daily inspections and equipment rounds.
Support Shift Maintenance Engineers and Senior Maintenance Technicians.
Document maintenance activities, observations, and inspection results in the Equipment Log system.
Maintain spare parts inventory, including stock counts.
Collaborate with internal functions within Operations, including Process Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Wafer Process.
Participate in shift work in a 24/7 operation and work regularly in the wafer fab cleanroom and service areas.

Skills

Practical knowledge of mechanics, electronics, vacuum systems, and basic testing.

Ability to work with chemicals and required personal protective equipment, including gas masks, during certain maintenance activities.

Education & Experience

Upper secondary school education, preferably with a technical or electronics focus, or equivalent experience.

Previous experience from manufacturing environments is required.

Experience from cleanroom work and equipment maintenance within semiconductor manufacturing or similar industries is considered an advantage.
