Job Description
Our job in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve these through value-driven outcomes. Whether supporting Finance, HR, Payroll, Projects or Operations teams, our focus is on helping customers achieve meaningful business results.
To attain the best possible solution, you will spend time researching and discovering business challenges, organizational priorities and desired outcomes. You will understand the customer, challenge their thinking and become their voice within the sales process.
You will delight and inspire our customers by helping them shape and achieve value-driven outcomes. You are a trusted advisor who can engage confidently with stakeholders across Finance, HR and Executive leadership teams, naturally leading customers and colleagues throughout the buying journey.
You will gradually evolve into an expert in Unit4 solutions, understanding how our portfolio supports financial management, people management, payroll, planning and operational excellence. You will be able to articulate the value of Unit4 solutions and what differentiates us in the marketplace.
You love technology and are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers. Your integrity, credibility and expertise set you apart from other roles in sales. Customers will trust your advice, and Unit4 Customer Success teams will believe in the vision you create during the bid stages.
As the buying journey continually evolves, you'll be expected to produce demo recordings, digital demo content and compelling business-focused presentations tailored to different customer audiences.
You will be involved in a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, business case support, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, tenders and RFPs, handovers to onboarding teams, working with partners, subject matter experts and product-focused development.
Qualifications
You are likely to succeed in this role if you:
Have a relevant academic background, for example in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another related field
Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Payroll, HR, HCM, Workforce Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar roles where you have worked closely with business processes, systems and stakeholders.
Are comfortable preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, workshops and presentations that connect business challenges to measurable outcomes and customer value.
Enjoy variety and change and are motivated by working across different customers, industries and sales situations.
Have a genuine interest in business transformation, technology and value creation, and enjoy partnering closely with Account Executives to help customers understand the impact of modern Finance and HR solutions.
Work well both independently and collaboratively and feel comfortable taking ownership while being part of a broader cross-functional team.
Are curious, eager to learn and motivated to build expertise across areas such as Financial Management, Planning, Human Resources, Payroll and Business Operations.
Speak fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Salary range: 665939 - 754167 SEK base
