Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.
As our next Communications Coordinator, you will play an important role in keeping Vitamin Well Group’s corporate and digital communication accurate, up to date and accessible across our organisation and markets.
This is a hands-on communications and coordination role with a strong focus on digital administration, website management and information flows. You will work across functions and act as a central point of contact for communication-related information and requests, making sure content is correct, approved and published in the right place at the right time.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, E-commerce, Product Development, Regulatory, Legal, Sales and our international markets. While Marketing is an important stakeholder, this is not a marketing or social media role. The focus is on coordinating and maintaining communication and information across digital channels, rather than creating campaigns or owning social media content.
Managing, updating and publishing content across our corporate and brand websites, including product information, news, FAQs and other digital information.
Coordinating communication and information related to product launches, company updates and other cross-functional initiatives, ensuring relevant material is accurate, approved and published on time.
Creating and adapting content for selected digital communication needs, including website content and other corporate or brand communication materials.
Quality assuring digital and corporate communication, ensuring information is consistent, accurate and aligned with brand guidelines as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Acting as a central point of contact for incoming communication requests, managing shared inbox enquiries and supporting internal stakeholders and international markets with information and materials.
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve communication flows, digital administration and ways of working across teams and markets.
You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy bringing structure to information and communication in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable working hands-on in digital tools and systems, managing administrative tasks and coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
You enjoy being the person who makes sure things are correct, up to date and in the right place. You are a strong communicator, but you don't necessarily need to be the person creating the campaign or social media concept – you are equally motivated by the coordination, structure and execution that make communication work effectively across an organisation.
Experience from a communications, corporate communications, digital communications, communications coordination or similar role.
Hands-on experience working with websites, CMS platforms or other digital content management tools.
Experience coordinating communication, information or cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Confidence working independently with digital tools and managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Professional communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in both spoken and written form.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Experience from an international organisation, FMCG or another fast-paced environment is considered an advantage.
