We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support an international organisation in its agile transformation journey.
This is a hands-on coaching role where you will help teams and leadership improve their ways of working, mindset, processes, and adoption of agile practices. The assignment combines organisational coaching with hands-on support for Scrum Masters, teams, and management.
What you'll do:
Coach teams and support the rollout of agile ways of working across the organisation
Adapt and implement an existing agile transformation framework
Drive mindset and behavioural change
Establish prioritisation frameworks and processes
Coach Agile roles, teams, Scrum Masters and leadership
Facilitate workshops, retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions
Support Super Sprints and continuous improvement initiatives
Help teams improve user stories and agile practices
Act as a sparring partner for management and leadership
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, including implementing agile ways of working in organisations
Strong experience in Agile transformation and change management
Ability to coach both teams and leadership
Experience with Scrum, Agile ways of working and Scrum Master coaching
Strong facilitation and workshop experience
Ability to work with both processes and organisational mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken
