Your potential area of work
Your responsibilities will depend on the workflow you join:

AI & Content Operations: Review posts, comments and trending content, identify policy violations and help collect high-quality data used to improve AI and machine learning systems.

Virtual Reality Safety: Review user reports and interactions in virtual environments, helping maintain a safe and positive experience for users.

Business & Brand Protection: Review advertisements and promotional content to ensure they follow platform policies and protect intellectual property.

Digital Customer Support: Assist creators and businesses through chat and email with questions around accounts, payments, access and other platform-related issues. No cold calling involved.
Requirements
What we're looking for

Danish: Native or C1 level
-
English: B2-C1 level, as training and internal materials are in English

Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, memes, slang and current digital trends

Good typing skills: 30+ WPM with at least 85% accuracy

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making abilities

Comfortable working with rotating shifts and different types of online content

Professional and emotionally resilient when handling potentially sensitive material

Previous experience in customer service, BPO, gaming or similar environments is an advantage, particularly for some workflows
