Role
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying new pipeline across our target customer base. You'll be the first point of contact with decision-makers at investment banks, private equity firms, and top consultancies, the same institutions our AE team closes deals with, opening doors most people never get near this early in their career.
It's a fast-paced, outbound-driven role built for someone who wants to learn how enterprise sales actually works from the ground up. This is a launchpad, not a holding pattern. Strong performers move toward Account Executive.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We use an in-person work model.
Skills and requirements
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a genuinely goal-oriented mindset. This role rewards volume and consistency, not just talent.
Sharp and curious, with a genuine interest in finance. You pick things up fast and actually want to understand who you're talking to and why.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
Studies or degree from a business school.
Any prior sales, customer-facing, or cold-outreach experience.
