Since our inception, we have seen boom and bust and for the last 12 months we have been on a turnaround journey that is now kicking into the next gear. We are looking for an ambitious driven Product Owner Manager Frames & Accessories to take full ownership of one of Desenio Group's key product categories. This is a new role and you will be given the opportunity to impact the role and the business.
As Product Owner – Frames & Accessories, you will be responsible for developing and growing our frame and accessories business and translating our Assortment Strategy into a customer centric and successful category that drives sustainable growth and profitability. You will work with the assortment throughout its entire lifecycle, from approved product strategy and product development to launch and continuous category optimization.
You will own the category beyond launch, continuously optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions and on-site presentation while leveraging customer insights, market trends and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. You will have end-to-end ownership of the category, ensuring a competitive assortment through continuous development of product quality, materials, sizing and overall category performance.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the future of our assortment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the strategic development and performance of the frame category, driving customer value, growth and profitability in line with Desenio Group's Assortment Strategy

Drive the execution of category strategies and product concepts defined by the Head of Product, ensuring successful implementation and commercial impact

Translate assortment strategy into products and category initiatives

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and alignment across the business

Use customer insights to shape the category, strengthen the customer offering and drive performance

Own the performance of the category by continuously optimizing campaign execution, on-site presentation, merchandising and assortment performance

Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives that improve profitability, customer value and profitability

Continuously improve processes, product quality and the overall customer experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, category management or product development

Proven track record of project management and leading cross-functional initiatives - driving execution across multiple teams

Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and support decision-making

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions

Experience within consumer products, interiors, home décor or lifestyle brand is an advantage

It’s a plus if you have experience working with pricing, category management, assortment planning or optimization

With fulfillment centers in the Czech Republic and the United States, we deliver art to customers around the world. Our group consists of around 100 employees representing over 20 nationalities and together we’re solving problems every day to help the world become a more beautiful place with our affordable art.
