Job Description:
Are you a commercially focused finance leader ready to shape business performance, drive transformation, and influence strategic decision making?
We are looking for a market CFO to lead our finance function in Sweden. As a key member of both the Market Leadership Team and Cluster Finance Leadership Team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Market CEO while driving profitable growth, ensuring strong financial governance, and leading business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance Function
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high performing finance team.
- Strengthen commercial finance capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
- Build a culture of accountability, business partnership, and value creation.
Drive Performance & Growth
- Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning.
- Provide actionable financial insights, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor business performance and ensure delivery against financial targets.
- Support commercial strategy, pricing, trading, procurement, and supplier partnerships.
- Help maximize business performance through strong commercial and financial stewardship.
Ensure Financial Control & Compliance
- Maintain a strong control and compliance environment.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
Lead Transformation
- Drive finance and business transformation initiatives in partnership with the Market COO and leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and business value.
About You
You are an experienced finance leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to influence at senior executive level.
We believe you bring:
- Multiple years of leadership experience across finance disciplines.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience from international and matrix organizations.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
- Proven success in leading transformation and change.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.

Additional Information
