Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.
We are building a small team to lead the technical foundation for the next phase of Vitamin Well Group's digital business. We work across e-commerce, internal tools and data, with AI integrated into how we build products, improve workflows and create better user experiences.
Whether it’s making the shopping experience on our sites genuinely personal, building agentic analytics that make data more accessible and actionable across the business, or replacing manual internal workflows with agents that just get the job done, our focus is on building solutions that solve real problems and create long-term value.
We combine engineering depth with a pragmatic, ship-focused approach, and we set the technical direction for how the digital business operates going forward.
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to build across the full stack: backend, frontend, data and e-commerce integrations.
In this role, you will own problems end to end. You identify what needs to be built, choose the right tools for the job, and ship AI-driven products that teams and customers genuinely use and value.
One week you might be wiring an LLM into a Shopify checkout flow to personalize recommendations; the next, building an internal agent that automates a manual workflow or improves how teams interact with data.
Because both the team and the platform are new, you will have real influence over what we build, how we build it and what the technical foundation looks like for years ahead.
Design and ship AI-powered features that improve the customer experience across our sites and e-commerce flows
Integrate AI and agentic workflows into production systems, not prototypes
Develop and integrate e-commerce functionality on Shopify, with AI woven into the experience
Own solutions from scoping to deployment, including evals and monitoring for AI-driven functionality
You are a pragmatic problem solver who enjoys building and shipping products that create real impact. You have worked in scale-ups or smaller companies where the platform was new, the team was small, and you had to figure things out as you went.
You understand where AI creates real value and how to apply it in practical ways across products, workflows and user experiences. You are AI native and use tools like Claude as a core part of how you build, solve problems and move quickly - not as a shortcut, but as a natural part of how you work.
You combine technical range with a strong sense of ownership. You take initiative, move things forward independently and build solutions that are scalable, maintainable and genuinely useful for the people using them.
2-5+ years of experience with modern web development, including Python, REST APIs and frontend frameworks
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms
AI-first development practice, with expert level skills using tools like Claude as a core part of how you build
A track record of shipping AI-driven products or functionality that customers or colleagues actively use day to day
Strong understanding of data, including SQL, API integrations and data modelling in a modern data warehouse
We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV. Please note that the recruitment process may take longer than usual due to the summer holiday period.
