Job Description
The Channel & System Integrator Account Manager drives sustainable sales growth through Rockwell Automation's ecosystem of Distributors and System Integrators. You will develop and execute market access strategies, partner enablement plans, and commercial initiatives that increase market share, expand the installed base, and improve sales coverage across a defined territory.
You will be a trusted business advisor to partners and work with Rockwell Automation sales teams to align resources, identify growth opportunities, and accelerate results. You will combine commercial accountability with partner development responsibilities to ensure long-term, scalable growth through indirect sales channels.
Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, and based in Sweden, the Channel & System Integrator Account Manager is responsible for coaching, enabling, and developing Distributors and System Integrators to increase demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
You will be the primary commercial interface between Rockwell Automation and ecosystem partners, ensuring execution of business plans, commercial programs, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic growth objectives. Through regular partner engagement, joint customer visits, opportunity reviews, and sales coaching, you will help partners strengthen their market position while increasing Rockwell Automation market share.
- Coach and develop Distributors and System Integrators to grow their business
- Conduct joint customer visits and support opportunity development
- Drive sales through partners while maintaining pipeline and forecast ownership
- Participate in the full sales cycle
- Own and execute commercial programs and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate across internal sales, technical and business teams
- Formulate and execute territory-level partner growth strategies
- Drive partner enablement, onboarding, certifications and best-practice sharing
- Review partner performance and develop joint action plans
- Monitor sales performance and provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Experience in sales, channel management, partner management or business development
- Experience with industrial operations, automation or manufacturing environments
- 3+ years of experience working with distributors and system integrators
- Commercial acumen and forecasting discipline
- Manage stakeholders across a matrix organization
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
