ERP Sales and Customer Service Specialist

You will play a key role in supporting and improving the systems and processes that help our Sales and Customer Care teams deliver excellent service to healthcare professionals and patients across Sweden.
We are part of a leading European healthcare company undergoing a major digital transformation. As our business continues to evolve, we are looking for an ERP Sales and Customer Service Specialist who can help ensure that our sales and customer service applications remain stable, effective, and aligned with business needs.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Solution Managers, project teams, and external partners to support day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to digital initiatives that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities – What are you going to do?
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Sales and Customer Care Center users.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem investigations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and Application Management Service partners.
- Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support super users with process and application-related questions.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Support the evaluation of new business needs and opportunities.
- Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
- Support system configuration activities and validation of changes.
- Prepare and execute functional testing activities.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Maintain process and solution documentation.
- Create user guides and work instructions.
- Train super users and business stakeholders when required.
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Participate in ERP and business application projects.
- Support system rollouts and business readiness activities.
Assist with testing, data validation, and end-user training.

Qualifications and Skills – What is your background?
- Experience working with Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Care processes.
- Experience supporting business applications or ERP systems.
- Understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Quotations, and Customer Master Data.
- Knowledge of Incident and Change Management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Service-minded with a customer-focused approach.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in your work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.
Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
