We are seeing unprecedented demand across our Nordic and Netherlands portfolio — spanning industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace & defence, and transport & logistics — and we are looking for a senior transformation leader who becomes the dedicated reinvention partner on one or two of our most important accounts, drives large-scale programs, and builds the commercial relationship from that position.
What you will do
As a senior member of our industrials team, you will:

Serve as the senior reinvention partner presence on one or two priority industrial accounts — going deep, not broad

Lead large, complex transformation programs end-to-end, from business case through execution

Be the senior I&E face at the account — present in the room, trusted by the C-suite, closely aligned with account leadership

Identify and originate the next wave of opportunities from within the account, selling from a position of demonstrated impact

Build, lead and develop the delivery team on the ground

Work closely with Accenture's global capability network to bring the right expertise to your clients at the right moment
What we are looking for
-
7+ years of experience leading large-scale industrial transformation programs, with full accountability for delivery, outcomes and senior client relationships

Proven ability to run complex, multi-workstream programs in industrial environments — and keep senior stakeholders aligned throughout

Experience selling from an account — identifying the next opportunity, shaping it with the client, and closing it

Deep knowledge of one or more transformation domains: operational reinvention, AI-led enterprise transformation, cost and productivity programs, operating model redesign, or technology-led change

Established executive relationships in the Nordic or Netherlands industrial market — you are known, not just experienced

The credibility to engage a COO, CFO or divisional CEO as a peer, and the delivery instinct to back it up

Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline

Fluency in English; Nordic or Dutch language skills a strong plus

Based in Helsinki, Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Amsterdam; willingness to travel
