Activate Games is opening at Mall of Scandinavia and we're building our entire team from scratch. We're looking for energetic, positive, service-minded people to fill roles at every level, from Game Facilitators to Team Leaders.
This is a job where movement, technology and entertainment meet. You'll guide guests into immersive live-action game worlds where strategy, laughter and teamwork take center stage and you'll make their day unforgettable.
GAME MASTER / GAME FACILITATOR (part-time)
What the job includes:
- Greeting and welcoming guests, you're the first smile they see
- Handling payments and bookings at the counter
- Facilitating games and giving instructions before sessions begin
- Supporting and encouraging players during games to create an excellent experience and returning guests
- Maintaining game rooms and equipment (cleanliness, upkeep, minor fixes)
- Light sales and operational tasks (group bookings, merchandise, vending machines)
Who we're looking for:
- A cheerful, energetic person who enjoys working with people
- Customer service comes naturally to you and your positive attitude is contagious
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, good at multitasking
- Reliable, flexible and proactive
- You speak Swedish and English, other languages are a plus. We're building an international team, so Swedish is not required from all Game Facilitators
- No prior customer service experience needed. Attitude is what matters most
Practical details:
- Shifts are flexible, mainly weekday evenings and weekends. This role fits well alongside studies or another job
- Estimated 5–30 hours per week depending on season. Full-time positions may be available for the right candidates

TEAM LEADER (full-time)
Are you an inspiring, people-oriented team player who gets others excited and motivated? We're also hiring Team Leaders to help launch the venue.
What the job includes:
- Ensure smooth daily operations and strong team performance
- Support, develop and motivate team members, helping, coaching and creating a positive atmosphere
- Maintain an excellent customer experience and high service quality during every shift
- Solve challenges and complaints with a smile, and escalate issues when needed
- Handle daily routines (cash register, reports, reservations, maintenance)
- Take responsibility for venue cleanliness and coordinate basic upkeep
- Act as the key link between the Manager and the team
Each Team Leader also takes ownership of a focus area based on their skills and interests:
- Sales & Events, grow group sales, corporate bookings and birthday parties; plan seasonal events; handle inquiries and event coordination
- People & Customer Experience, lead recruitment, scheduling, training and daily communication; oversee customer satisfaction surveys, feedback and reviews; build a positive, high-energy culture
- Operations & Inventory, oversee facility maintenance, F&B stock and merchandise; keep equipment and rooms in top condition; manage orders, deliveries and stock levels
Who we're looking for:
- A cheerful, energetic person who enjoys working with people, with contagious positivity

- A positive problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Experience in customer service, preferably some supervisory experience
- Fluency in English and Swedish is preferred, but the right fit matters more
- Flexibility is appreciated. We're open 7 days a week, with peaks in evenings and weekends
Practical details:
- Shifts may include daytime, evening, weekend and public holidays as a regular part of working hours
- Start date and salary based on agreement
