Test & Verification Engineer
Build the Test Systems Powering Next-Generation Smart Access Devices
Stockholm, Sweden | Embedded System & Test Automation
Bring products to life before they reach the world.
Do you thrive on working hands-on with embedded systems, automated test platforms and real-world verification? Here, your work ensures that cutting-edge electromechanical access solutions perform flawlessly from day one.
The role
You will design and implement automated test systems for embedded and electromechanical products, ensuring performance, reliability, and real-world readiness. As part of the test team, you will contribute to a testing community that supports the full product lifecycle — from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions. You will work closely with R&D teams across firmware, mechanics, electronics, and product development to create robust verification methods and reliable test setups.
What you will work on
- Develop and modernize LabVIEW-based automated test sequences
- Verify embedded and electromechanical smart access products for reliability, performance, and robustness
- Derive test plans by analysing requirements, risks, and product use cases
- Investigate failures and defects, and collaborate with R&D teams to identify solutions
- Design measurement workflows and analyse performance data to support product improvements
- Improve automation, repeatability, and test coverage across verification systems
What will help you succeed
We believe you have:
- Experience with LabVIEW, preferably LabVIEW OOP
- Experience testing embedded hardware or electromechanical systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- A structured approach to verification and validation
- Good collaboration skills across engineering disciplines
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience with automated test platforms or production test environments
- Knowledge of smart access systems, locks, sensors, or motor-driven mechanisms
- Experience working with requirements, risks, and test coverage
- Familiarity with measurement equipment, test fixtures, or hardware-in-the-loop setups
