Kitchen Supervisor – Hotel C Stockholm Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
At Hotel C Stockholm, our brand identity is simple yet powerful: Folkligt, festligt & familjärt (Casual, Festive & Warm-hearted). We aren't a stuffy luxury establishment—we are a down-to-earth, vibrant social hub where every visit feels like a warm reunion. From welcoming international travelers to hosting locals celebrating life's every moment, we thrive on turning magic moments into lasting memories.
We are looking for a passionate, driven, and organized Kitchen Supervisor to join our kitchen leadership team. If you love the energy of a bustling, festive environment and want to build a kitchen culture centered around genuine warmth and great, tasty food, you belong with us.
As our Kitchen Supervisor, you will work hand-in-hand with our supervisor team to run a seamless, high-tempo kitchen operation that matches the festive energy of our venue.
Kitchen Leadership: Be our operational leader. We are one team with one purpose; you will support your colleagues, step in wherever needed, and celebrate every success together.
Menu Execution: Assist in developing and executing tasty, high-quality menus that match our casual and festive vibe, ensuring consistency and great presentation across every plate.
Memorable Experiences: Hospitality in our kitchen isn't transactional. You will craft dishes that bring people together and deliver a memorable experience for our guests.
Operations & Inventory: Manage daily ordering, stock control, food waste reduction, and inventory management with professionalism and sharp attention to detail.
Mentorship & Care: Train, mentor, and inspire our line cooks. Support their growth, build their confidence, and maintain a positive, high-energy kitchen environment.
Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
Experienced: You have at least 2–3 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Senior Demi Chef de Partie, preferably within a high-volume, dynamic hotel or restaurant environment.
A Natural Leader: You lead with presence, confidence, and empathy. You remain calm under pressure and bring a warm-hearted energy to the line.
Aligned with Our Values: You love celebrating life's moments and naturally embrace a casual, festive, and welcoming attitude. You prefer a down-to-earth, lively atmosphere over rigid fine dining.
Detail-Oriented: You take pride in doing things right—from the final check on a plate before it hits the pass to the accuracy of food cost management.
Language: Professional proficiency in Swedish and English is required.
A Place to Grow: We take pride in helping our team grow in their roles, offering clear support for your professional development.
A Festive & Warm Culture: Work in a lively city-center hotel that loves to celebrate success and treats teammates like family.
Great Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience, collective agreements (Kollektivavtal), staff discounts on food/beverage, and employee rates at partner hotels.
An Inspiring Team: Join a proud, supportive team that shares responsibility, looks out for one another, and loves what they do.
