Skills & Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the full digital media landscape, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels
High competence in performance marketing with hands-on experience in campaign setup and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), including creative setup, feed management, testing, and optimization
Technical understanding of tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable optimizations
Strong analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach (A/B testing, incrementality, and performance experimentation)
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work across new tools, platforms, and technologies in a fast-evolving landscape
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) as well as English is required.

The position is a full-time, permanent role based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

Evaluation and Screening
