At Desenio Group, a European e-commerce market leader, we are passionate about interior decor and design! Our business idea is simple: on-trend, attractive decor should be available to everyone. Since our inception, we have seen boom and bust and for the last 12 months we have been on a turnaround journey that is now kicking into the next gear. We are looking for an experienced CFO to help us take the next steps in building a fast-growth, highly profitable enterprise.
We are looking for a CFO to help us strengthen our position across 30+ countries, continuing to build our back-end structures while helping us re-establish our position in the capital markets. While reporting to the CEO you will frequently interact with the Board and drive financial analysis and reporting for Board meetings.
You'll own the full finance agenda - from investor relations and capital markets to financial closing, M&A and business transformation. Equally important, you'll be a hands-on leader who builds capability, elevates the finance function and makes sure the numbers tell a story that drives the business forward.
You will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO. You will lead a team of eight with two direct reports: Group Accounting Manager and Business Controller. Desenio works ever more intensely with AI tools also in the finance function, and a familiarity with the space and a passion for new approaches is required.
