Lövstjärnan Fabriks AB is a company in strong development, with production at its core. We have invested in a completely new machine park featuring the latest technology and continue to grow. We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our operations.
About the role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with ongoing servicing as well as preventive and corrective maintenance in our production environment. You will ensure that our machines operate optimally and contribute to a smooth, disruption-free production flow. The role also includes participating in the development of our working methods around TPM – Total Productive Maintenance – and improving productivity over time.
You will work closely with production, both independently and together with colleagues, contributing to a stable and efficient daily workflow.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience in maintenance work within an industrial environment or similar. You have a strong technical understanding and enjoy working hands-on with machines and equipment. Experience with TPM or structured continuous improvement work is an advantage.
You are solution-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can make an impact.
