Vekst is a digital agency that develops digital strategies, designs business development strategies, creates operational action plans, and executes measurable campaigns. We collaborate with global brands and B2B companies, focusing on generating impact and integrating their marketing and sales efforts.
We’re expanding our commercial team and are looking for a business minded Digital Strategist who would like to work at the intersection of marketing and sales, focusing on commercial and strategic digital development for our global client base.
In this role, you will hold commercial responsibility, driving client relationships to new heights. You will oversee the identification and development of both new and existing client accounts, while coordinating the team working alongside them. The projects you lead will aim to boost client sales through performance marketing and optimizing their digital sales processes. Additionally, your work may involve leading organizational transformation initiatives or designing tailored campaign strategies.
The projects you deliver will often provide decision-making support for executive teams, and this role is crucial to driving Vekst’s ongoing growth and success. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, and you’ll be expected to find and develop client accounts and advise, lead, and deliver on key strategic and operational challenges that our clients face.
- Identify and approach new clients while also developing existing accounts
- Lead internal Vekst teams and manage projects for clients
- Analyze and build relationships with our clients key stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis of clients’ digital marketing and sales processes to provide recommendations and forward-looking plans
- Design and facilitate workshops
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be curious about emerging trends and comfortable navigating and understanding complex situations. As a consultant, you are dedicated, proactive, and business-oriented. At Vekst, we work closely with clients and in our internal teams, so your collaboration skills are essential. However, you must also be able to take ownership of your work and deliverables.

Several years of professional experience in roles such as management consultant, business developer, project manager, or strategist—likely from a larger, digitally advanced organization and/or a consultancy delivering in the digital space
- Understanding of, and preferably experience in, selling complex services or products
- An academic background in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or similar
- Hands-on experience in strategic projects, with the ability to conduct research and act as a project leader
- A strong understanding of the digital landscape, its challenges, and opportunities is essential for this role
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. (Swedish is a plus)
Location: You can be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. In this role, you will travel to our different offices and client locations regularly. Our clients are mainly based in the Nordics and Central Europe.
