Rider Safety is a full-system safety solution designed to protect motorcycle and powered two-wheeler riders. The offering combines airbag-integrated garments such as vests and jackets, motorcycle integration, hardware including airbag systems, sensors and ECU technology, and a digital ecosystem with application and data capabilities. The result is an integrated end-to-end safety solution for riders.
The business has already achieved important milestones: early customer traction, commercial agreements already in place, and clear validation of customer interest and market demand. We are now entering the next phase: transforming an emerging business into a scalable global commercial success.
Your mission is to lead global strategic sales for Rider Safety. This is a hands-on commercial role focused on building trusted customer relationships, developing opportunities, driving deals forward and converting validated market interest into scalable revenue.
You will work closely with the Director for Rider Safety, the Business Architect and the broader team to turn growth direction into customer conversations, qualified opportunities, proposals, negotiations and closed agreements. The role requires speed, continuous learning, sales momentum and practical commercial structure as the business scales.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of strategic customers, partners and regional opportunities, converting interest into proposals, pilots, agreements and revenue.
Translate customer needs, objections and buying signals into clear internal priorities with product, engineering, legal, finance, regional teams and leadership.
Represent Rider Safety in customer meetings, executive discussions, commercial reviews, negotiations and internal forums.
We are looking for a senior sales leader with strong commercial instincts, disciplined execution and the ability to build something new while personally driving customer conversion.
Experience selling or commercializing solutions combining hardware, software, data, services or connected products.
Strong ability to influence without authority and align engineering, product, commercial, regional and leadership stakeholders.
Experience from mobility, automotive, connected products, wearable technology, protective equipment or adjacent industries.
Success requires strong sales capability, commercial ownership and the ability to create momentum in an emerging market. The right person is entrepreneurial, curious, hands-on, collaborative, pragmatic, resilient and self-driven, with a natural ability to turn conversations into qualified opportunities, decisions and action.
You will need to balance speed and customer responsiveness with disciplined sales execution. The ability to navigate uncertainty, align global stakeholders, bridge customer needs with internal execution and keep deals moving will be critical.
