- Hands-On AI Engineering Expertise: Strong programming skills and experience building AI or software solutions (3-5+ years in a role such as AI Engineer, or similar). Proven ability to code in languages like Python, work with APIs and automation scripts, and develop end-to-end solutions integrating ML/AI components. Familiarity with modern LLM API platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic, and frameworks for prompt orchestration or agent development such as Microsoft Copilot Studio are required.
- AI & ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning concepts. Hands-on experience implementing large language model solutions. Familiarity with machine learning pipelines, and knowledge of data preprocessing, and basic evaluation techniques is beneficial.
- Enterprise Technology & Cloud Proficiency: Experience developing and deploying solutions in an enterprise environment - including familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Azure or comparable cloud services) and architecture for integrating AI solutions securely at scale. Understanding of IT security and data privacy (e.g., identity management, access controls, GDPR considerations) to ensure compliance when handling sensitive data. Experience with enterprise AI platforms and tools, for instance, Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem or similar internal platforms is a strong advantage.
- Collaboration & Business Mindset: Excellent ability to work cross-functionally with business domain experts (Tax & Legal professionals) to gather requirements and refine use cases. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and to document solutions and train users on new AI tools. A consultative approach and understanding of professional services or regulated industries (Tax/Legal/Finance) is a plus, enabling you to better tailor AI solutions to business context.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Curiosity and adaptability to the fast-evolving AI landscape. You stay current with new models, frameworks, and best practices in AI/ML, and you are eager to experiment with new tools for practical benefit. You bring a creative mindset to surmount technical challenges and find pragmatic solutions to business problems with AI.
- Education & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist Associate, or OpenAI/Deep Learning AI specializations) are a plus.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is required and a strong proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have built several AI solutions that are being actively used by our Tax & Legal teams in Sweden, resulting in clear efficiency gains and quality improvements in service delivery. You will have scaled successful prototypes into standardized tools used across multiple service lines, reducing duplicated effort and increasing reuse of AI capabilities. Business stakeholders will report that AI is making their daily work faster and more consistent, broadening AI adoption across the practice. At the same time, all deployed solutions will be fully compliant and properly governed, with key risks mitigated. You will have accelerated the value realized from our AI investments by turning ideas into tangible results.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, working in a Nordic collaboration model. Other locations in Sweden may be considered for the right candidate.
