- Extensive experience within Product Management, Buying or Category Management.

A proven track record of developing successful and innovative assortments for international consumer brands.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance consumer needs, brand positioning and commercial performance.

Comfortable operating with uncertainty, structuring a way forward in fast-moving or undefined situations without waiting for perfect information.

Experience or strong working familiarity with our target activities, and the ability to translate activity-specific demands (weight, layering, weather exposure and movement) into product requirements.

This role requires travel for several weeks each year for supplier visits, product testing, trade shows and sales meetings.

Excellent understanding of product development, assortment strategy and product lifecycle management.

Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to support decision making and identify commercial opportunities.

Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Experience working across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale channels is considered an advantage.
